At MOSAE, we're committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Estonia): 2-5 business days
Standard Shipping (Europe): 5-10 business days
International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Estonia:

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
